Nigeria University Games (NUGA) Anchor By Wande Coal, Wizkid and Others

Hip-hop stars, Wande Coal and Wizkid, have been revealed as the major artistes that will perform at the Diamond S.W.A.G Account Concert, the closing concert of the ongoing 24th Nigerian University Games, NUGA, holding at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.

The concert will take place on Saturday, 22 February, the final day of the games.

Ayona Trimnell, Head, Corporate Communications, Diamond Bank plc, said the concert will afford the students the opportunity of unwinding after 10 hectic days of fierce sporting competition and also to reward those who opened the bank’s Student With A Goal, S.W.A.G account during the Games.

“We came to the games as lead sponsor to launch the S.W.A.G Account, a new proposition aimed at providing Nigerian youths with the right support to help them achieve their financial goals.

“Also the S.W.A.G Concert is the bank’s way of both rewarding and encouraging the youths who are already embracing the new propositions in their thousands,” Trimnell said.

She promised that with Wande Coal and Wizkid leading other artistes, the bank is poised to make the experience a memorable one for the thousands of Nigerian youths who have come from far and near to participate in the Games.
